Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete post-sale lifecycle including onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and feedback
  • Track product usage and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and adoption
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer insights and requirements
  • Assist in creating and improving customer success processes, playbooks, and documentation
  • Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion
  • Advocate customer needs internally to enhance product and service quality
  • Promote and contribute to a customer-centric organizational culture
