Walk-in | TCS Kolkata Hiring for Customer Service_Webchat

INTERVIEW DETAILS:

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Job Location: Kolkata

Shift: 24*7

Education / Qualifications: -

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non tech graduates

Job Description:

 

  1. 1 – 2 years of Front office experience (Chat / Email)
  2. Excellent English written and verbal communication.
  3. Preferred candidate with prior UK customer experience
  4. Comfortable with Night shift and Rotational week offs
  5. Comfortable working from office

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in voice-based roles, preferably in the utility domain

Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach

Proficiency in handling customer queries and providing tailored resolutions

Flexibility to work in UK shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
