Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support

Order & Data Management

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Update customer information and purchase history in the company's database.

Feedback & Improvement

  • Gather customer feedback and suggest ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions
