Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target markets and prospective customer segments for housing loan business growth.
  • Pre-screen customers in accordance with organizational norms and housing loan eligibility criteria.
  • Ensure timely login of housing loan applications and follow up through the disbursement process.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding housing loan requirements and cross-selling relevant products.
  • Execute sales promotion activities to increase customer interest and strengthen the TCFSL brand presence in the housing market.
  • Build strong internal and external client relationships to enhance brand identification and drive repeat or referral business.
  • Ensure vendor empanelment and establish strong relationships with new vendors, including technical and legal partners relevant to housing loans.
  • Develop strong distribution channels to support housing loan business expansion.
  • Ensure full compliance with Audit requirements, RBI regulations, and organizational policies.
