Key Deliverables:

• Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones
• Identify target areas and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms
• Ensure successful login and disbursement of loans
• Cross-sell multiple products based on customer needs to ensure high satisfaction
• Execute sales promotion activities to increase customer interest in the TCFSL brand

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for effective empanelment
• Create and manage strong distribution channels to boost business growth
• Ensure compliance with all audit, RBI regulations, and organizational standards
