Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target areas and potential customer segments for new business opportunities.
  • Pre-screen customer segments in line with organizational norms and eligibility criteria.
  • Ensure timely login of cases and follow through to successful disbursement.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling suitable products.
  • Execute sales promotion activities to increase customer engagement and enhance the visibility of the TCFSL brand.
  • Build strong internal and external client relationships to reinforce brand identification and support business growth.
  • Ensure vendor empanelment and establish productive relationships with new vendors.
  • Develop and strengthen distribution channels to support business expansion.
  • Ensure adherence to all Audit requirements, RBI regulations, and internal policies.
