Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify target areas and potential customer segments for new business opportunities.
- Pre-screen customer segments in line with organizational norms and eligibility criteria.
- Ensure timely login of cases and follow through to successful disbursement.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling suitable products.
- Execute sales promotion activities to increase customer engagement and enhance the visibility of the TCFSL brand.
- Build strong internal and external client relationships to reinforce brand identification and support business growth.
- Ensure vendor empanelment and establish productive relationships with new vendors.
- Develop and strengthen distribution channels to support business expansion.
- Ensure adherence to all Audit requirements, RBI regulations, and internal policies.
