Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve defined business targets by acquiring new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Identify potential markets and target areas to generate prospective business opportunities.
- Pre-screen customer segments in accordance with organizational policies and eligibility norms.
- Ensure timely login of applications and monitor end-to-end disbursement processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and offering suitable cross-sell products.
- Execute sales promotion and marketing activities to enhance customer engagement and build brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to strengthen brand presence.
- Ensure vendor empanelment and cultivate partnerships with newly onboarded vendors.
- Develop and manage strong distribution channels to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all internal audit guidelines and regulatory norms including RBI regulations.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
