We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via Calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer feedback and inquiries.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service processes and practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer service principles.

- Work Location : Marathalli, Whitefield, Bommanahalli 

- Shifts : General Shift (6 days work /1 days off)

- Salary - Upto 3LPA
