Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to manage a variety of tasks related to order processing and customer inquiries. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle order booking in Oracle and ensure a seamless flow of operations, from commercial terms validation to shipment planning and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Take ownership of the entire order booking process in Oracle. This includes validating commercial terms from a purchase order, managing discount approvals, and working with finance and the supply chain to allocate items and create a shipment plan.
- Financial & Logistical Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team for validations and payment application. Work with the supply chain to allocate ship sets and release order holds.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers on all order-related queries, such as delivery periods and ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival). You will also send Proforma Invoices (PI) and follow up on payments.
- Issue Resolution: Handle Returns/RMAs and customer complaints, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
- Order Generation: Generate and process pre-orders and FOC (Free of Charge) orders.
