Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is essential for providing outstanding service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

Skills Required
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-oriented and adaptable to different personality types.
