Job Description
- Answer incoming communications from customers via email and chat.
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using email and chat.
- In certain cases, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers.
What You Bring to the Role
- With 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
- High School Diploma
- Experience in the travel and hospitality sector is a plus.
- Great written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Computer savvy
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
