Job Description

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via email and chat.
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using email and chat.
  • In certain cases, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers.

What You Bring to the Role

  • With 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in the travel and hospitality sector is a plus.
  • Great written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
  • Computer savvy
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
