Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate product/service information and guide customers through solutions.
- Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Adhere to call quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers or relevant departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Work in rotational shifts to support different time zones as required.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO/KPO preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center technology.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
