Job Description

  • Handle Customer Queries: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat for international clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Documentation: Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve KPIs such as first-call resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work in rotational shifts including night shifts, as per international time zones.
