Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for customer service professionals to handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails for our international clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat for international clients.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through active listening and empathy.
- Maintain call/chat/email quality standards and follow company protocols.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
- Meet process KPIs such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO customer service (freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
- Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
- Graduation preferred; undergraduates can also apply.
