Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers for business opportunities with support from the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Collect and validate customer documents as per organizational norms and eligibility guidelines.
  • Log cases in the system following the standard operating procedures and coordinate the process through to disbursement.
  • Meet the sanction ratio requirements as defined by the organization.
  • Understand customer needs and support cross-selling of suitable products under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Assist the Supervisor/Manager in empaneling new vendors and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Support the Supervisor/Manager in ensuring adherence to all Audit guidelines, RBI regulations, and internal compliance processes.

Qualifications

Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
