Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers for business opportunities with support and guidance from the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Collect customer documents and validate them as per organizational norms and eligibility criteria.
  • Log cases in the system as per the defined SOP and follow the complete process until disbursement.
  • Meet the required sanction ratio as defined by the organization.
  • Understand customer requirements and support cross-selling of relevant products under the supervision of the Manager/Supervisor.
  • Assist the Manager/Supervisor in empaneling new vendors and building strong relationships with them.
  • Support the Manager/Supervisor in ensuring compliance with Audit guidelines, RBI regulations, and all internal processes and policies.

Qualifications

Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
