Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for business opportunities with support and guidance from the Supervisor/Manager.
- Collect customer documents and validate them as per organizational norms and eligibility criteria.
- Log cases in the system as per the defined SOP and follow the complete process until disbursement.
- Meet the required sanction ratio as defined by the organization.
- Understand customer requirements and support cross-selling of relevant products under the supervision of the Manager/Supervisor.
- Assist the Manager/Supervisor in empaneling new vendors and building strong relationships with them.
- Support the Manager/Supervisor in ensuring compliance with Audit guidelines, RBI regulations, and all internal processes and policies.
Qualifications
Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
