Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for business opportunities with assistance from the Supervisor/Manager.
- Collect customer documents and validate them as per organizational norms.
- Log cases in the system as per the standard operating procedures and follow the complete disbursement process.
- Meet the required sanction ratio as per organizational expectations.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in cross-selling relevant products under guidance from the Supervisor/Manager.
- Support the Supervisor/Manager in empaneling new vendors and developing ongoing vendor relationships.
- Assist the Supervisor/Manager in ensuring adherence to all Audit guidelines and RBI regulations.
