Customer Service Executive | Int Voice Process

We are hiring for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in an International Voice Process. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional customer support in a dynamic, international environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international process.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve service quality standards.

Required Candidate Profile

• Qualification:
• B.Com graduates are eligible as freshers.
• Any graduate with more than 1 year of experience can apply.
• Experience:
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role.

• Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA.
• Working Schedule: 5 days working.
