Customer Service Executive | Blended Process

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for a blended process that includes voice and chat support. Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through both voice and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduates and even freshers with results awaiting are eligible.
• Experience:
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in an International Voice, Chat, or Blended Process is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Joining: We are looking for immediate joiners.

Additional Information

• Salary:
• Up to ₹4 LPA for freshers.
• Up to ₹5.5 LPA for experienced candidates.
• Work Schedule: 5 days working with 24/7 shifts.
• Transport: Cabs are provided for odd hours.
