Job Description

  • Perform Point of Sale (POS) procedures efficiently.
  • Ensure product demand and manage floor stock effectively.
  • Implement visual merchandising and displays as per guidelines.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service consistently.
  • Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and organizational policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
  • Utilize time productively, including upgrading communication skills, gaining knowledge of SOPs, and managing stock.
  • Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, billing, and other services.
