Job Description
- Perform Point of Sale (POS) procedures efficiently.
- Ensure product demand and manage floor stock effectively.
- Implement visual merchandising and displays as per guidelines.
- Deliver a high level of customer service consistently.
- Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and organizational policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
- Utilize time productively, including upgrading communication skills, gaining knowledge of SOPs, and managing stock.
- Complete operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, billing, and other services.
