Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues quickly and accurately.
Coordination and Escalation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues following proper protocols.
Performance Monitoring
- Track daily performance metrics and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to SLA targets and scheduled commitments.
