Job Description

Your job responsibility would be to act as an administrator to triage cases in CRM according to the designated business or group of businesses. You will be responsible for catering to Foundational customers and be a part of the entire order handling and order fulfilment process.

You are a self-motivated person with ability to use initiative and thrive on responsibility. And also, capable to work effectively in small teams and be willing to continuously develop knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Be an administrator to triage cases in CRM according to the designated business or group of businesses and customers, handling priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity.
  • Order to Cash Process & Inco Term
  • Be a part of the entire order handling and order fulfilment process.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, applications, and service offerings within the assigned business portfolio.
  • Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs, and gathering market intelligence.
  • Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain service levels according to business prioritization.
  • Differentiate between customer requirements and the company's capabilities, choosing the best and most cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Required a bachelors degree.
  • 2 years to 3 years of working experience in similar roles

Preferred Skills

  • Problem solving and communication skills
  • Costumer Service and business process acumen

  • The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential.
