- Hands-on experience with trace tools and PCAP analysis.
- Familiarity with SRI-SM, MO-SMS, and MT-SMS flows in multi-network environments.
- Experience supporting roaming SMS delivery and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams to resolve complex SMS-related issues.
