Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our BPO team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and experience.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage difficult customers effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
