Location: Malad (Mumbai)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Malad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC/Graduate (preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred but not mandatory
