Job Description
- Senior Analyst–level role focused on delivering high-quality customer service and credit operations support
- Acts as a key point of contact for customer and business credit-related queries
- Plays an important role in improving customer outcomes and operational effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer and business queries accurately and within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with customers and internal business teams to gather and validate required information
- Authorize and investigate credit-related transactions in line with defined KPIs and controls
- Analyze customer and transaction data to support informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate or enhance processes to improve efficiency and experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, products, and services
- Support team capability through process training and knowledge sharing
- Monitor trends, policy updates, and regulatory changes impacting credit operations
Required Experience
- Experience in customer service, credit operations, or a related financial services role
- Strong understanding of industry practices, customer needs, and operational processes
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven experience handling customer queries with accuracy and attention to detail
