Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage Incoming Calls as per process details.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interpersonal objective communication
  • Manage CRM, record updation
  • Meet SLAs, guidelines and policies

Requirements and skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Graduate from Any Stream.
  • Experience: 6 months- 5 yrs of experience
  • Multiple Language speaking ability is an added advantage
