Role & responsibilities
- Manage Incoming Calls as per process details.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interpersonal objective communication
- Manage CRM, record updation
- Meet SLAs, guidelines and policies
Requirements and skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Graduate from Any Stream.
- Experience: 6 months- 5 yrs of experience
- Multiple Language speaking ability is an added advantage
