• Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Identify target areas and customer segments for prospective business.
• Ensure the number of logins and loan disbursements as per organization norms.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products.
• Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
• Build strong client relationships internally and externally and enhance brand recognition.
• Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.
• Develop strong distribution channels for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with audit, RBI regulations, and organizational policies.
