Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and ensure up-to-date information is captured in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide additional support if needed.
