Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address complex customer needs.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to processes or products.
  • Stay up to date with product changes and system updates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if needed.
