Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address complex customer needs.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to processes or products.
- Stay up to date with product changes and system updates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if needed.
