Customer Retention Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications, conduct credit analysis, and make lending decisions to meet business targets.
• Verify borrower's financial statements, income documents, and other relevant data for loan evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
