We are seeking a dedicated Customer Representative Officer to join our team in India. Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
