Customer Representative Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Representative Officer to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
