RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Customer Relationship Executives to ensure smooth client interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales queries related to property bookings, documentation, and payments .
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention .
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
