  • Handle customer interactions via voice or non-voice channels depending on the process
  • Deliver prompt and accurate support in domains such as banking, healthcare, and tech
  • Communicate effectively with international customers and ensure issue resolution
  • Work in rotational shifts based on process (UK/US time zones)
  • Adhere to compliance, quality, and data security guidelines
  • Meet performance targets including AHT, quality scores, and CSAT
  • Participate in process training and team huddles to maintain updated knowledge
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions where applicable
