Key Responsibilities:

Tour Coordination:

Customer Query Handling:

Guest Assistance:

  • Support guests during tours, address concerns, and provide assistance to enhance overall experience.

Administrative & Budget Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks including basic financial management, budgeting, and expense tracking.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service at all touchpoints.

Team Collaboration:
