Job Overview:

We are actively hiring enthusiastic and performance-driven professionals for an international voice role focused on customer interactions and account resolution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound customer interactions with a professional and persuasive approach
  • Engage with customers to address pending account-related concerns and provide suitable solutions
  • Negotiate and guide customers toward mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the system
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets including productivity and quality metrics
  • Follow compliance guidelines and ensure ethical communication at all times
  • Build rapport with customers while maintaining a results-driven approach

Eligibility Criteria:

  • SSC/HSC with a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, assertive, and target-oriented personality
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs

Compensation & Incentives:

  • Freshers in this domain: 22,000 – 35,000 in-hand
  • Experienced candidates: Up to 38,000 in-hand
  • Unlimited performance incentives (high earning potential)
  • Training incentives up to 10,000

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days working
  • 2 rotational week offs
