Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound customer interactions with professionalism
• Engage with customers to resolve account-related queries and concerns
• Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach during conversations
• Negotiate and guide customers toward mutually beneficial solutions
• Update customer records accurately in the system
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards

Shift & Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: Between 5:30 PM – 10:30 AM (Any 9-hour rotational shift + 1-hour break)
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Offs: 2 rotational offs

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: 17,000 – 28,000 (In-hand)
• Incentives:
• 2,000 Performance Bonus
• 1,000 Attendance Bonus
• Opportunity to earn more based on performance

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates (BPO/Non-BPO) can apply
• Age limit: Up to 39 years

Skills Required

• Excellent English communication (verbal & comprehension)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle challenging conversations calmly
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
