Job Description

Profile / Function:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with overall 3+ years of experience in a domestic/international contact centre/service setup (inbound, outbound)
  • Must have 1 year of general insurance customer support inbound call-taking experience
  • Minimum 1 year of captive or other inbound call-taking experience
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience is a must
  • Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Candidates with good customer service skills and captive contact centre experience would be preferred
  • Should be willing to work in rotating shifts and on weekends
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
