Job Description
Profile / Function:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with overall 3+ years of experience in a domestic/international contact centre/service setup (inbound, outbound)
- Must have 1 year of general insurance customer support inbound call-taking experience
- Minimum 1 year of captive or other inbound call-taking experience
- Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience is a must
- Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidates with good customer service skills and captive contact centre experience would be preferred
- Should be willing to work in rotating shifts and on weekends
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
