Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or postgraduates with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient responses via phone or other communication channels.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Prior experience in a captive contact centre or customer service role is a plus.
