Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or postgraduates with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient responses via phone or other communication channels.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Prior experience in a captive contact centre or customer service role is a plus.
