Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end frontline customer communication via email, WhatsApp, and inbound phone calls
- Resolve customer queries and issues independently with a problem-solving mindset
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the support lifecycle
