Customer Care (Inbound - Outbound Process)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team for both inbound and outbound processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a career in customer service. The role requires good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through both inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products or services.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: HSC or any graduate/undergraduate.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Communication: Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi are required, with an average understanding of English.
• Location: The role is Work From Office in Airoli and Kasarvadavali, Thane.
• Work Schedule: Day Shift with rotational week off.

Compensation & Interview Process

• Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 in-hand, plus incentives.
