Job Description
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
Query Resolution:
- Understand customer issues and deliver appropriate solutions while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering service excellence and following communication best practices.
Call Documentation:
- Maintain detailed call logs and adhere to standard operating procedures during and after each interaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate is eligible to apply.
Experience:
- Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in a customer support or voice process role.
Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Work Requirements:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business needs.
