We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in providing outstanding customer service and will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, also taking care on inbound calling.
Responsibilities
- Take care of inbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- English, Hindi & Telugu Speaking mandatory
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide the best support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- 1-7 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
