We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in providing outstanding customer service and will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, also taking care on inbound calling.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of inbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • English, Hindi & Telugu Speaking mandatory
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide the best support.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • 1-7 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
