Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Verification:

  • Assist clients with account opening and onboarding processes.
  • Verify and ensure completeness of KYC documentation as per regulatory requirements.

Customer Interaction & Service:

  • Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support.

Transaction Processing:

  • Coordinate buying and selling of equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.

Account Management:

  • Maintain and update client records and account information.
  • Monitor account activities and ensure data accuracy.

Operational Support & Coordination:

  • Liaise with back-office teams for fund transfers, settlement queries, and trade confirmations.
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal control policies.
  • Minimize operational risks through proper documentation and process compliance.

Market Communication & Reporting:

  • Update clients on market trends, alerts, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client activity and transaction volumes.
