- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
- Record details of inquiries and follow standard operating procedures

- Assist customers with technical issues via calls
- Troubleshoot hardware/software/networking concerns using scripts and documentation
- Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams when required
