Job Description:

  • Sales Representation:
  • Represent the company to channel partners, end customers, and act as a liaison for channel partner customers in sales-oriented activities.
  • Responsible for managing a list of channel partners and/or a designated region, ensuring successful business outcomes and goal achievement.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop approaches and strategies to meet assigned sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Work closely with partner teams to identify new opportunities, expand customer reach, and enhance account penetration.
  • Indirect Sales Quota:
  • Responsible for indirect quotas assigned to respective channels and ensure target achievement through partners.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management:
  • Maintain close relationships with partner teams to gain insight into business dynamics and improve collaboration.
  • Conduct regular customer visits with partners to understand and address customer requirements, ensuring the product is properly positioned and partner teams are equipped with the right sales skills.
  • Solution Development & Technical Expertise:
  • Develop technical knowledge to understand customer applications, propose appropriate solutions, and communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • Guide partner teams to enhance their technical and selling skills, enabling them to become solution providers for customers.
  • Business Growth & Collaboration:
  • Maintain a strong relationship with partners to influence necessary activities for business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Accounts, CRM) for planning and execution of Marketing programs, Co-op activities, and demand generation.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Ensure proper funnel management and accurate forecasting by partner teams regularly.
  • Ensure timely report submissions from partners as required and provide periodic business reviews to partner teams with constructive feedback.
