Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update room rates, availability, and hotel information on CRS platforms (e.g., SynXis, Pegasus, Amadeus, etc.)
  • Ensure all content (descriptions, images, policies, etc.) is accurate and consistent across CRS and third-party platforms
  • Monitor bookings, cancellations, and modifications through the CRS
  • Support the reservations and revenue management teams in optimizing rate strategies and availability
  • Troubleshoot CRS-related issues and liaise with technical support if needed
  • Coordinate with front office and sales departments to align on inventory and booking strategies
  • Generate and analyze CRS reports for booking patterns, demand trends, and channel performance
  • Assist with onboarding new properties or system integrations when applicable

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in reservations, revenue management, or CRS operations in the hotel industry
  • Familiarity with hotel CRS platforms (e.g., SynXis, Opera CRS, Amadeus)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
