Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and business processes, with a proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- You will be responsible for leading CRM implementations, providing functional expertise, and ensuring successful adoption of the CRM system within the organization.
- Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for CRM system improvement.
- Design and configure CRM solutions to meet business needs, including data mapping, workflow configuration, and customization.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM system functionality and usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of CRM with other systems.
- Manage CRM system enhancements and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CRM Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM system functionalities, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM implementation methodologies and project management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific CRM platforms (e g, Microsoft Dynamics) for a minimum of 46 years.
- Certification in CRM or related technologies.
- Experience in a specific industry (e g, financial services, healthcare, retail).
