Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Recovery: Focus on continuous client engagement, follow-ups for payment recovery, and coordination with banks for timely loan disbursements.
• Client Onboarding & Post-Sales Support: Handle client onboarding processes and provide post-sales and maintenance support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Channel Partner Coordination: Organize and support channel partner sales activities to drive business growth.
• Legal & Registration Coordination: Coordinate with legal teams for property registration processes and related documentation.
• Client Interaction & Site Visits: Meet clients for site visits, conduct regular customer follow-up calls, and address client queries professionally.
• Sales Growth Support: Actively contribute to enhancing sales performance and achieving month-on-month sales growth targets.
