- Strong Excel Skills
- SQL Proficiency (1 year minimum professional application)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting a
- Ability to interpret key business financial statements/information
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools,
- processes, and decision support (i.e. scaling)
- Experience creating new credit policies and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Robust analytical skills, including the ability to be hands-on and dive deep
- into details, identifying root cause and propose solutions
- Able to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively with
- cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning
- and task delegation
